Licensing
How does the trial work?
The trial gives you full access to all Gainstage features for 30 days. No credit card required. Simply download, install, and start using it immediately.
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Each license allows activation on one device at a time. However, you can deactivate your license on one computer and activate it on another at any time through your account portal.
What's included in updates?
Updates include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features. The Single License includes 1 year of free updates. The Pro + Updates license includes lifetime updates.
What happens after my update period expires?
Your license continues to work forever with the version you have. You just won't receive new updates. You can always upgrade to Pro + Updates for lifetime updates.
Technical
What operating systems are supported?
Gainstage is available for Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 10.15 or later. Both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs are supported.
Can I use Gainstage offline?
Yes! After initial activation, Gainstage works completely offline. We also offer offline activation for computers without internet access.
What are the system requirements?
• Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS 10.15+
• 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)
• 100 MB disk space
• Internet connection for activation
Payment & Support
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for enterprise customers.
Do you offer refunds?
No. GainStage is work-in-progress software sold at a heavily discounted price (€13.40 for lifetime access). By purchasing, you acknowledge that the software is under active development. We do not offer refunds.
How do I get support?
Email us at info@dokusik.dk. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (usually much faster). Priority support is included with all paid licenses.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes! Students and educators receive 40% off. Contact us with proof of enrollment or employment for a discount code.
