Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gainstage ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Plugin.

2. License Grant

2.1 Personal License

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Plugin on devices you own or control
• Activate the Plugin on the number of devices specified in your license tier
• Use the Plugin for commercial or personal projects

2.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
• Remove or modify any copyright notices
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the Plugin
• Use the Plugin for illegal purposes
• Circumvent activation or security mechanisms

3. License Types

3.1 Trial License

• 30-day full access to all features
• No payment required
• Automatically expires after 30 days
• Cannot be extended or renewed

3.2 Single License (€17)

• Lifetime license with no recurring fees
• 1 device activation
• Free updates for 1 year from purchase date
• After 1 year, Plugin continues to work but no new updates

3.3 Pro License (€27)

• Lifetime license with no recurring fees
• 1 device activation
• Lifetime free updates
• Priority email support

4. Activation & Deactivation

• Each license allows activation on the specified number of devices simultaneously
• You may deactivate the Plugin on one device to activate it on another
• Activation requires internet connection (offline activation available)
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 Payment

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal
• We do not store credit card information

5.2 Refund Policy

• No refunds are offered on GainStage licenses
• GainStage is sold as work-in-progress software at a discounted price
• By purchasing, you acknowledge the software is under active development
• Free beta testing is available to evaluate the software before purchase
• All sales are final

6. Updates & Support

• Updates are provided based on your license type
• Updates may include bug fixes, new features, and performance improvements
• Email support available at info@dokusik.dk
• We aim to respond within 24 hours (faster for Pro users)
• Support does not include custom development or troubleshooting third-party software

7. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Team Garrys Lab and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Data loss or corruption
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Plugin

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share your license with unauthorized users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Plugin.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
